IS DANCE DANCE REVOLUTION A GOOD WORKOUT?
I do dance dance series (ddr) thirty mins everynight, with a sweatshirt on, and i a persperate tons, Im not doin it delayed at all, im selecting faster songs, and complicated or standard, so im movin flattering fast… ive finished it prior to for a month, and i mislaid twenty-one pounds in which month, whilst i was eatin great and all, and i proposed again given the 1st of january, but i didn’t import myself since im not focusing on the number….but if any one knows about DDR discuss it me if you think the a great examination or not

Congrats on the weight loss! It is such a good workout! I was working on light and standard mode and I lost 25 pounds on 2 1/2 monthes. Everyone I have talked to that has played has said how they have lost weight. Gym classes around the country are even starting use it. I would have loved to play DDR for a class!
